// The problem

Researching one stock shouldn't cost you an entire afternoon.

And yet that's exactly how it feels every time you want to know whether something is worth owning.

🌀

Too much noise

Twenty articles with twenty contradictory opinions, fintwit threads, YouTube takes. You end up more confused than when you started.

Too much time

Open the 10-K, cross-check the metrics, compare against the sector, review estimates. Hours per stock — and your list has twenty.

🎭

Too much bias

Almost everything you read was written by someone holding the position. Hype never tells you when the thesis breaks.

// The solution

A rating you can actually defend — with the data behind it.

Verdyt does the heavy lifting and hands you a verdict with its reasoning in plain sight. No black boxes.

📊

The method funds use, without being one

Momentum, earnings revisions, growth, profitability and valuation — each measured relative to its sector, weighted the way the evidence supports for growth investing.

🤖

The AI that argues against you

Research anchored to the 10-K and the news: dated catalysts, the bull case and — above all — the bear case. You decide seeing both sides.

Any ticker, in seconds

On-demand analysis of any US stock, plus ~520 names across the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 re-rated every night. No waiting for someone to publish a report.

📁

Your portfolio, X-rayed

Load your positions and see where your risk actually comes from, how concentrated you really are, and how you stack up against the S&P — not just what you made.

🎯

Theses that watch themselves

Write down why you bought, as measurable conditions. Verdyt checks them every night and tells you when one breaks — before it's too late.

🔔

A briefing every morning

What changed in your names while you slept: ratings that moved, earnings this week, theses at risk. All in one short read.

// How it works

From raw data to a verdict, in three steps.

01

Look up a stock

Type any US ticker or load your portfolio. Verdyt pulls fundamentals, prices, estimates and filings automatically.

02

Quant model + AI rate it

Five sector-relative factors produce the 1–10 rating, while the AI reads the 10-K and the news to build both the bull and bear case.

03

Decide with conviction

See the rating, the factors driving it and both sides of the argument — then leave your thesis under watch with alerts when things change.

// Methodology

No black boxes. We show you the recipe.

Every rating comes from five factors measured against companies in the same sector — because an 8% margin means something very different in software than in retail. These are their weights for a growth profile:

The heaviest factors are the ones academic evidence supports as most predictive: momentum and analyst estimate revisions. Valuation acts as a guardrail, not an engine.

// Questions

What people usually ask us.

Is Verdyt investment advice?

No. Verdyt is an informational and educational analysis tool. We publish the same impersonal analysis to every subscriber; we don't give personalized recommendations and we don't manage money. The decisions — and their outcomes — are yours.

Where does the data come from?

Official and market sources: the filings companies submit to the SEC (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4), price and analyst estimate data, and public records such as federal contract awards. Every analysis shows where its numbers came from.

How exactly is the rating calculated?

Five factors — momentum, earnings revisions, growth, profitability and valuation — are measured against companies in the same sector and combined using the weights shown in the Methodology section. On top of that, penalties apply when a factor is severely weak. The full detail is open inside the product.

Does it work for any stock?

You can analyze any US-listed stock on demand. On top of that, the ~520 companies in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 are automatically re-rated every night, so their ratings are always fresh.

How often does it update?

The full universe is re-rated every night. Prices and the market pulse update through the day, and any ticker you analyze on demand is computed on the spot with the most recent data available.

How is this different from other platforms?

Three ways: we give you a conclusion (a rating), not just data; the AI is required to build the case against, not only the case for; and we hold no positions and sell no issuer advertising, so there's no incentive to inflate anything.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The Scout plan is free forever and includes three full verdicts per month. We only ask for a card when you choose to upgrade, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

Is my portfolio data private?

Yes. Your portfolio, your watchlist and your theses are yours and visible only to you. We don't share or sell them to third parties.
